  • Motion Sickness Sensitivity: Individuals who are prone to motion sickness or have a history of vertigo, as the VR experience can trigger these conditions.

    Medical Restrictions: Those with certain medical conditions that make VR experiences inadvisable should consult with healthcare professionals before participating.

    Short Time Availability: If you can't commit to at least 10 minutes, you may not get the full benefit of the immersive experience.

Pendulum Discoveries Presents: The Tangled Life of Sofya Kovalevskaya

Each user must agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Virtual Reality (VR) experience presented by Pendulum Discoveries ("the Company").

Acknowledgement of Risks

I understand that participation in the VR experience involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

  • Motion sickness or dizziness

  • Eye strain or discomfort

  • Tripping or falling

Participant's Responsibilities

I agree to:

  • Follow all instructions provided by the Company and its representatives.

  • Immediately discontinue use and notify a representative if I feel discomfort, dizziness, or any other symptoms.

  • Wear the VR headset and use the controllers in the manner demonstrated by the Company’s representatives.

Consequences for Non-Compliance

I understand that any violation of the terms and conditions or failure to follow instructions from the Company's representatives may result in immediate termination of my participation in the VR experience. Furthermore, such violations may result in my exclusion from future events or experiences hosted by Pendulum Discoveries.
